Explore the Power of Cyclic Peptide

In our laboratory, we are pursuing the development of smart drug conjugates to enable selective drug delivery, enhance drug accumulation and combat anti-tumor drug resistance and unmet clinical needs.

We are working on the synthesis and optimisation of natural cyclic peptides, cell-targeted cyclic peptides (CTPs) and their conjugation for anti-tumor and immunotherapy drug development using smart linker technologies.

We are also developing synthetic strategies to explore the wider chemical space of bicyclic peptides and investigating biological differences of peptide confomers to address biological questions.
